Wooden shutters are available in 3 basic styles and also special shapes. All the shapes and styles can be mixed and matched to suit your particular window opening.

Cafe Style Shutters
Shutters are installed to a point only mid-way between the
top & bottom of the window, generally half way up. Privacy at the lower level whilst maximising light through the top of the window.

 

Tier on Tier Shutters
Shutters are installed one above the other, generally in line with a horizontal rail on the window. Can be used like Cafe style with the top open and the bottom closed or vice versa.

 

Full height shutters
The shutters are installed to the full height of the window. If the opening is above 1100mm in height a divider rail is inserted to maintain the strength and durability of the shutter.
